DARKROOM ~ WET Limited Edition Photographs

The darkroom is 2200 square feet with nine enlargers

ENLARGERS each enlarger has a variable contrast head

Salzman  11x14, 10x10, 8x10 Elwood 8x10 2 German enlargers 10x10 French enlarger 10x10 (came in pieces, no instructions to assemble, but it had a bottle of champagne! When the manufacturer couldn't ship the enlarger without a liquor license he no longer sold them in the USA) Durst 5x7 Horizontal Copy Camera  24x34 Clyde redesigned the copy camera and turned it into an enlarger. It has a 16 foot horizontal rail and a 12x20 variable contrast head.

DEVELOPING TRAYS

Clyde built a system of sinks that are the trays that hold the chemicals for development. Each sink/tray is 4x5 feet. The sink/trays run down the middle of the chemical room so that when he is developing a large print a person can get on each side of the sink and roll the print back and forth through the chemistry to each other. DRYING PRINTS A roll around rack of screen that will dry any print 30x40 and smaller. The large prints are hung to dry on a copper tube by clips that move as the paper dries and shrinks.
