GRAND CANYON 6
Grand Canyon National Park, Arizona
Photographic Story I had a great day spending time out in Big Cypress National Preserve photographing the beauty of the place I love so much. The day was perfect – a sky filled with bulbous clouds rolling across the horizon and very little wind. As I photographed the clouds began coming together to form a very large storm. I kept photograping until I felt the dool wind of the coming rain, then grabbed my gear and made a run for it. I got to the car just as the downpour began. Digital – Archival Pigment Print This photograph was taken with an analog large format camera. After Clyde develops the negative, the film is scanned and edited in a computer program mimicking his darkroom techniques. The photograph is printed on an Epson Stylus 4800 or 11880 printer. Clyde uses archival Ultra-chrome K3 ink and prints on archival Harman Hahnemuhle paper. The limited edition photograph is then mounted and matted to current archival standards. Each print is signed and numbered.
