Meet Clyde Butcher and family where they will host an open house at their Big Cypress Gallery again this year on October 29 & 30. Clyde will be exhibiting for the first time all of his photographs of 33 National Parks that he has photographed over the past 50 years and will be in the gallery both days greeting folks and signing books. In celebrating our 100th anniversary of our National Parks our local Big Cypress National Preserve Rangers will be at the Gallery to answer any questions you might have. In addition to the exhibit if you would like to explore our backyard the Rangers will be leading swamp walks all day long behind the gallery for this special event (just in time for Halloween!). Swamp walks are $50pp (kids free) with all proceeds donated to the SFNPT to support outdoor education programs for kids in Big Cypress. Book early (the walks fill up fast) and plan to join us in the swamp for Halloween. How scary is that ??? Reserve your swamp walk adventure at the bottom of this page.
