This Everglades image taken by Scott is printed on archival photographic paper, mounted on 1/8” Dibond, and sealed with a satin finish for UV, dust, and scratch protection.  Strong, lightweight, and ready to hang. Price includes shipping. This region became a hiker and photographer destination in the Big Cypress National Preserve after the release of Clyde Butcher's black and white image of the area titled Gator Hook 1 photographed in 2009. Clyde and Niki Butcher are both an inspiration to a multitude of art enthusiasts, artists, photographers, nature lovers, and environmental conservationists. I count myself among that large and growing group. We all benefit when we use our talents, passion, energy, and time to add to our understanding of the natural world. Clyde and Niki are among the forefront of those individuals who have committed a lifetime for these areas to be among our protected and public treasures. In a tradition of fellowship and fun, Clyde and Niki Butcher would take their staff hiking to a special place on New Year's or Thanksgiving before a big shared meal, picnic-style under the chickee in their renowned backyard. Gator Hook Strand is one of those special places we all visited together in 2016. Cypress strand, Big Cypress National Preserve, Florida.
