This information can include your location, your gender, your age (if Google has the ability identify such information, based on information it may have already collected) all pages you visit, all links you clicked, all forms you filled out and all actions you take on our website. PayPal uses PayPal as our payment processor and gateway. All information you provide us at checkout are being sent to PayPal to process your transactions. When you enter your payment information you are doing so through PayPal, not us.
Our website collects your full name, address, city, zipcode, country, email, phone number and any other information you provide to us during our checkout process. This information is associated to your account and the specific order you places through our website. We keep this information in order to provide you the ability to access your order history with us and in order to process transactions through PayPal. All information collected by us must be given to us by you druing your purchase of our products, if you sign up for our newsletter, if you RSVP to one of our events or if you fill out our contact form. We do not collect these types of information unless you provide them to us.

Our website is actively monitored by Wordfence, which protects your information against any unwanted access. We are conducting regular secuirty updates and checks of our site to ensure your information is safe with us. Most importantly we use PayPal as our third party gateway provider to process all your transactions and at no time during your visit to our website is your financial information stored or processed by our servers.

If a data breach should occur we will notify all our customers who have an active order history on our website within 5 Business Days of the breach, the nature of the breach and the data that was affected.

What About Third-Party Services?

Email Marketing utilizes third party services to conduct our marketing. After your give us your PII, such as your email, we utilize a third party email marketing company to provide you with information about our products, future product launches, special deals and more. Our third party partners are not allowed to use your information in any way, except to provide Clyde Butcher with the service we have them hired to do. If you wish to opt out of such marketing campaigns you are able to do so at anytime by following the unsubscribe links in all emails you receive from us.

Facebook uses Facebook for advertising. We sometimes use your name and email address to create auiences in Facebook in order to use Facebook’s advertising features. This information in Facebook can only be utilized if Facebook already has your information through a Facebook user account that you created. So if you are using Facebook we will be able to market to you, but if you do not use Facebook, our information about you is not used through Facebook.

Which Information Can I Access?

You can access your entire order history through our Account page. All of the transactions you hav completed on our website will be listed there.

What Choices Do I Have?

You may contact us at any time if you feel that your information should be deleted or altered. You may opt out of any and all email campaigns we run. You have the choice to not provide us with your information, but you will not be able to purchase anything through our website. You can disable cookies in your browser if you wish.

Are Children Allowed to Use

Children are not restricted to use our website. We do not sell any products that are age inappropriate. does not knowingly collect information on children under the age of 13 and would not process an order of a child unless the child poses as an adult, which cannot know or control at that time. If your child makes a purchase on our website and you are the legal guardian please feel free to contact us and we can refund your order. A child would only be able to make a purchase with a valid Credit or Debit Card, which will be verified by PayPal and must therefore match all PayPal’s regulations of Credit and Debit Cards.

EU-GDPR does not market to customers inside the European Union. We have disabled our third party services from collecting emails, names and addresses from customers who made purchases on our website from the European Union. Outside of our regular email traffic that is pertaining to your orders, all marketing activity excludes the European Union. If you would like to be included in our email marketing system please contact us and we will include you. You may also opt-in via one of our signup forms on our website. But unless we have consent from you a purchase from our website does not include you into our third party marketing programs. If you require us to delete all of your information that is on our website, please contact us.

Facebook Pixel utilizes the Facebook Pixel on its website in order to associate acitivty to our marketing campaigns. We do not use the Pixel for anything else. If you are not already part of our marketing campaign we do not collect any PII about you. Any data that Facebook collects through the Pixel we have installed on our website is not in our control and therefore the responsibility of Facebook.
