BELLO PALMAR 2 © 2002Cuba
I remember coming to Florida and seeing my first forest of cabbage palms. I was absolutely stunned by the beauty of palm trees in the wild. When we came across this mountain covered in royal palm trees, I was once again amazed. I realized the beautiful trees that lined the streets of Fort Myers, Florida, originated from these magnificent forests in Cuba. The forest was stunning, yet complicated to photograph.
