SIERRA MAESTRO 1 © 2002Cuba
Looking out over the awe-inspiring beauty of the Sierra Maestra Mountains filled me with peace. This was my first experience of being in a tropical climate at an altitude of around five thousand feet. The mountains were thick with clouds and lush green vegetation. Parque Nacional Turquino lies in the very heart of the Sierra Maestra Mountains, the highest mountain range in the archipelago. This photograph is printed on a large format Epson printer using genuine Epson ink and archival Harman Hahnemuhle paper. Each photograph is digitally signed, then mounted and matted to current archival standards. This is a limited edition series and each photograph is numbered.
