ASPEN 1 © 2014Yellowstone National Park, WY
We visited Yellowstone National Park in the fall, just as the aspen trees had turned yellow. Upon seeing them, I knew they would make a stunning black-and-white subject, so I searched for a location with the perfect composition. When I found it, the wind was too strong. The following morning, it was foggy and better conditions for a photograph. I jumped out of bed, grabbed my camera, and returned to the stand of trees with Niki. I captured this image just before the fog dissipated.
This photograph is printed on a large format Epson printer using genuine Epson ink and archival Harman Hahnemuhle paper. Each photograph is digitally signed, then mounted and matted to current archival standards. This is a limited edition series and each photograph is numbered.
