I stood on this beach for a long time. I hoped the bird would return to the top of that rock just as the surf did something artistic. Standing in the cold Pacific waters, my feet turned blue from numbness as I patiently waited, but my determination paid off. The bird returned, and I got the picture I had envisioned.
This photograph is hand-printed in Clyde’s darkroom on fiber-based paper, selenium toned, then mounted and matted to current archival standards. The photograph is a limited edition and signed by Clyde.
