LITTLE PIGEON RIVER 1 © 2014North Carolina
Photographic Story
Niki and I were walking along the edge of Little Pigeon River in North Carolina trying to find a good photograph. When I saw this location, I was hesitant to make the effort to get down to it but Niki insisted that since I was only carrying my digital camera backpack, and not 60 pounds of large format gear on my back, I should be able to do it easily. Well, it wasn’t easy. I slipped and slid down the edge of the bank of the river, but I did it. When I got to the bottom I saw that the effort was going to be worth it. The location was beautiful with all kinds of photographic possibilities.
Digital – Archival Pigment Print
This photograph was taken with a high-quality digital camera. The photograph is printed on an Epson Stylus 4800 or 11880 printer. Clyde uses archival Ultra-chrome K3 ink and prints on archival Harman Hahnemuhle paper. The limited edition photograph is then mounted and matted to current archival standards. This is a limited edition series and each photograph is numbered.
