We had traveled to the Pacific Northwest to photograph the rugged coast. However, when I went to the rain forest in Olympic National Park, I felt so much at home that I couldn’t leave. The smells and lush green reminded me of Florida swamps. It took me a while, but I finally made it to Third Beach to photograph the coast.
This photograph is hand-printed in Clyde’s darkroom on fiber-based paper, selenium toned, then mounted and matted to current archival standards. The photograph is a limited edition and signed by Clyde.
