This oak tree was dedicated to Mr. Fairchild, of Fairchild Tropical Botanical Garden in Miami. The tree is 2000 years old! Imagine all that it has lived through. I’m so glad it has been taken care of so that I can admire its strength and beauty today. I spent the afternoon photographing the tree from several different angles but when I got back to the RV and reviewed the images, I discovered I liked the first image I took the best.

This photograph is printed on a large format Epson printer using genuine Epson ink and archival Harman Hahnemuhle paper. Each photograph is digitally signed, then mounted and matted to current archival standards. This is a limited edition series and each photograph is numbered.
