LAKE ISTOKPOGA 30 © 2017Sebring, FL
Years ago I photographed Lake Istokpoga but hadn’t returned since that time. I was curious to know if the fishing camp where I launched by boat back in the late 1980s was there, or was it a housing development? I was very grateful to find that the camp was still there, with RV spots and cabins. Old Florida still existed!
I had recently had a stroke and couldn’t get out onto the water, but was able to use my walker to photograph this image from the shore which goes to prove that you don’t really have to go far in order to photograph beauty. It is all in the way you see life.
This photograph is printed on a large format Epson printer using genuine Epson ink and archival Harman Hahnemuhle paper. Each photograph is digitally signed, then mounted and matted to current archival standards. This is a limited edition series and each photograph is numbered.
