Myakka River State Park has become one of my favorite places to photograph because it is so close to my home in Venice, Florida. It feels like my own backyard. It is also one of my favorite places to bring out-of-town guests. On this particular day, I was joined by Todd and Brad Reed, a father-son team of photographers from Michigan, and Rachel Gaudette, their gallery manager. It’s always nice to have the company of other photographers while spending time out in nature. This photograph is printed on a large format Epson printer using genuine Epson ink and archival Harman Hahnemuhle paper. Each photograph is digitally signed, then mounted and matted to current archival standards. This is a limited edition series and each photograph is numbered.
