NEW RIVER STRAND 2 © 2014Western Everglades
I had a great day spending time out in Big Cypress National Preserve photographing the beauty of the place I love so much. The day was perfect – a sky filled with bulbous clouds rolling across the horizon and very little wind. As I photographed the clouds began coming together to form a very large storm. I kept photographing until I felt the cool wind of the coming rain, then grabbed my gear and made a run for it. I got to the car just as the downpour began.
