MELBOURNE, FLA. – Saturday June 8th meet legendary photographer Clyde Butcher in the Foosaner galleries for a book signing from  2-4pm.  Bring your books for him to sign. Books will also available for purchase.

Powerful and haunting photographs of Florida landscapes will fill the galleries at Foosaner Art Museum starting June 8 with the opening of Clyde Butcher: Florida’s Photographer.

The show, featuring 69 Butcher photos from the museum’s permanent collection, will remain up until Oct. 19. The images are from his Limited Edition Collection, which had Butcher (b. 1941) and his large-format cameras capturing Florida’s forests, swamps and estuaries from the St. Johns River to the Keys between 1986 and 1995.
