This Everglades image taken by Scott is printed on archival photographic paper, mounted on 1/8” Dibond, and sealed with a satin finish for UV, dust, and scratch protection.  Strong, lightweight, and ready to hang. Price includes shipping. Summer storms are a favorite photographic encounter. The light before and after can add such dramatic flare to this amazing landscape. Add water, clouds, and a sunset and I'm in my happy zone. I'm already there once I step foot into nature's wild places, but it does add an extra level of excitement and gratitude when all the elements come together! I've been accused of saturating my photos with extra color, but I think some people have never really considered how nature can saturate a brief moment with almost unreal vibrance and hue. Captured using a Fuji medium format camera, 9 vertical shots were taken and stitched together in Photoshop. The distant cypress tree domes have provided years of perfect habitat for a seasonal rookery of white ibis, egrets, and herons. USGS monitors this area closely as they keep track of a "tagged" python to understand this species' behavior and habits more thoroughly. Marsh with cypress domes and pine islands interspersed, Big Cypress National Preserve, Florida.
